More like Ms Piggy
It’s getting pretty ugly around here.
And not just me.
I have finally entered the third trimester of this pregnancy, and I think the tenant is getting restless. Not to mention the landlord’s family.
Aside from my widening back-end, puffy cankles, and the fact that I waddle like a penguin, I am beginning to think people are just sick of looking at me.
I suppose I can’t blame them.
It takes me ten minutes to get from the living room chair to the bathroom to pee. And by the time the process is over and I’m back in the chair, I have to pee again.
When it comes to food, however, there is nothing wrong with the efficiency of my hands.
I can shovel it down my gullet at breakneck-speed.
Those competitive eaters have nothing on me. If I were willing to go public with my eating skills, I could put those “gurgitators” to shame.
Did you know you can consume twice as many slices of pizza, twice as fast, if you fold it in half with the cheese facing out and not chewing?
Sometimes, the food on our dinner table barely lasts five minutes. And unfortunately, some 4-year old slowpokes are not amused.

*Long sigh while rubbing full stomach*

Me: Yes! I know. I get it. My belly is big. I am the only one growing a baby inside, you know.

YOU ARE SO TINY! I love Babisodes, she’s so precious! I bet she is getting so excited to be a big sister!
I am also really loving that I am getting to watch this whole pregnancy unfold, it’s really been awesome for me (and I’m sure it will help with the baby fever once version 2.0 is born!)

Honestly M, if that’s huge I was the Goodyear Blimp by 28 weeks. You look adorable.
I’m with Asianmommy on this one though…frog is MUCH better than some of the alternatives!

OH.My.Word!! You are tiny and adorable. With my second pregnancy I literally had strangers asking me at 28 weeks if I was due soon, or having twins and actually had a couple ask me if I was having triplets!!

LOL about your daughter’s frog comment! Would love to know where children get these thoughts from! You look wonderful! I know the last trimester is usually the worst and longest, but for me it was always the best as my morning sickness wasn’t nearly as severe as earlier in my pregnancies.

I think once you can’t see your feet, you lose all perspective of just how big you are. If I looked down, I thought, “Oh, I’m not that big.” But when I caught a sideview, I was like, “What a honking cow!!!”

Ah the joys of pregnancy! Don’t miss it a bit…the being fat part anyway (hee hee). I loved the part about getting out of the chair having to pee! Well, not loved it really because I really hated that part! It was always hard for me to get comfortable and just when I found a “good spot” I’d have to pee! You’re in the home-stretch now!
