No-Blo-No-Mo-Fo-Sho Peeps!
I may not have offered the most riveting posts, wowed the blog-o-sphere with my writing skills, or won any awards for attempting to construct the least mind-numbing prose about my ho-hum life for thirty straight days from NaBloPoMo (those who participated, please scroll down to claim your badge).
Despite the half-empty glass of whine I served daily throughout this month, I am deeply grateful for many things. Not only have I met many inspiring writer’s, but I now know what the elusive “meme” is, created a blogroll, shared intimate details about my life for no reason, learned how to balance my laptop on my legs while peeing, posted photos of my child online that she will later hate me for, and never went to bed before midnight for thirty straight days. Most importantly, this month has offered me a large handful of new friends, all of which I am most appreciative for. Albeit virtual friends, but the ones who don’t stop by unannounced at 4pm to find me still wearing my pajamas are the best.
Melissa at Such Simple Pleasures (check out her blog) awarded me my very first blogging award!
I would like to thank my family, my friends, and….*sniff*
I would like to pass this lovely badge on to all of my regular readers who always show their love here.

It was fun while it lasted but like all great journeys this one too must come to an end. I still have to post tonight and like you I have not gone to bed before midnight for thirty straight days but it was all worth it. You’ve become one of my favorites

I’m all teary eyed from you post! ;o) It was so sentimental!! I do love that I have found all these new “blog-friends”… and I do consider everyone a friend too! I probably know more about you and you know more about me than my “real” friends do anyway ~ thanks to those “meme’s”. I had a blast, and I do intend to follow your blog!! ~ cheers! Jenn
