All the good stuff is gone —- I still want chocolate, but I’m feeling better tonight. Thanks for dropping by with words of encouragement/sympathy — it helps to feel the love.
We don’t get many trick or treaters where we live now, not sure about it once we move, but anyway, we aren’t ever home b/c we take the kids out to trick or treat.
so any candy we buy gets eaten up by (me) the family.
Oh how I am so very sad for you. In Canada, (and SOME states, namely Washington state) “smarties” are totaly different. Smarties are little candy coated chocolates. Sort of like m&m’s. Sort of. We call what you call smarties, “rockets”. And they are much smaller. (the rockets)
Ummm … isn’t it way too early for ‘Halloween’ treats? I’m just asking ;–)
I’m almost wordless at Sacred Ruminations today, and celebrating my 1st Blogoversary at Small Reflections. How time flies, right?

We always have a bowl of candy out (even when it’s not Halloween time)! We have it for my students, nieces, and whoever happens to be popping by. Hubby usually empties the candy dish though! He’s got a sweet tooth!
Some evil person brought tons of candy to work tonight and left it sitting out. Right now one of the containers is just a few feet from me (in an emesis basin, ha ha! that’s where everything goes around here…).
So, it’s just calling my name all night. Evil I tell you!
Uh oh…was that a sanctioned empty wrapper?
