I do it all the time to my kids, usually with snapping fingers or as I’m pointing them out of the room.
We live in Arizona, the last remaining (I think) rebels against DST. I hate it, though, because for the next 6-7 months, everyone in the East is 3 hours ahead.

That last photo is hilarious. Kids and the phone thing just kill me. My son has taken to using my castanets as a flip phone. Him and my daughter have the most crack-tabulous conversations on their phones.

I’m so happy that the snow is melting and there are signs of Spring about. So … did you ‘pose’ the pooch with the boots, or ‘capture’ it by happenstance? (Inquiring minds want to know) LOL

I thought we were the only people in North America who don’t do Daylight Savings Time. I see Arizona is in the same boat. Does you dog love shoes and sock too? My dog loves anything that has touched a foot. I have trouble keeping socks out of his mouth. He doesn’t chew them. He just carries them around. You can’t set them down and turn you back on them for a second or else…he slimes them. Love the phone picture of Ella. It cracked me up. That picture speaks a thousand words. It also gives you a glimpse into the future. LOL Great pictures!

I loved it when we lived in Arizona and got to skip the whole DST thing! I heard a report on tv yesterday that they have proven the early switch actually uses MORE energy – people are now getting up in the dark, after all. I had just been telling my friend that I thought that would be the case. Had to laugh. So – why isn’t Congress taking steps to correct this waste of energy?
